FAQs

The easiest way to start is by booking a free 15-minute consultation. You can call 484-431-3762 or send a message through the contact form, and we’ll find a time to talk through what’s bringing you in before scheduling your first full session.

My office is at 80 West Welsh Pool Road, Suite 204 South, Exton, PA 19341. I see individuals, couples, and families both in person at this office and virtually.

Yes. Video sessions are held through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, and are a good fit for clients who prefer meeting from home or can’t easily get to the Exton office.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, along with missed appointments, are subject to a $75 fee. If three or more appointments are missed, it may result in discharge from services. I understand things come up, so please reach out as soon as you know you need to reschedule.

I’m in-network with Medicare Part B. I’m also currently pending network approval with Independence Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Aetna. For other insurance plans, I’m happy to provide the billing documentation needed to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.

The self-pay rate is $150 for a 50-minute session. Reduced-fee options are considered on a case-by-case, time-limited basis, so don’t hesitate to ask if cost is a barrier.

We’ll use the time to get oriented rather than dive into everything at once. I’ll ask about what brought you in, answer any questions you have about how I work, and we’ll start shaping what you’d like to get out of therapy together. You only need to share what you’re ready to share.

I work with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, caregiver stress and burnout, chronic and terminal illness, disabilities, life transitions, women’s issues, self-esteem, and families navigating substance abuse. If you don’t see your situation listed, reach out and we can talk about whether it’s a good fit.

I draw from a blend of Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and strengths-based, relationship-focused approaches, tailored to what fits each person’s needs and goals. I look at the whole picture, including the biological, social, and spiritual pieces of your life.

Yes, this has been a core part of my work for years. I’ve spent much of my career supporting people facing chronic and terminal illness, along with the family members and caregivers walking alongside them, including the anticipatory grief and quiet exhaustion that builds when you’ve been carrying something heavy for a long time.

Yes. My work has grown to include children and adults with disabilities and their families, and I bring a lot of respect for the resilience I see within each family system.

That really depends on what you’re working through. Some people come in with a specific concern and find relief in a shorter number of sessions. Others use our time together as an ongoing space, especially when navigating caregiving, grief, or chronic illness, which don’t resolve on a fixed timeline. We’ll check in regularly about pacing and progress.
