Divina did a meet and greet with us first, and during the appointment, allowed me to assist as needed, to reassure my dog. She and her staff took great care of him and did an amazing grooming job. All his knots are gone, all nails trimmed (which is something I have never been able to do!) and his fur is silky smooth and no shedding. He even happily wore his bandanna for the rest of the night (I have never been able to get one on him)! Every person here clearly has a passion for what they do and they do an excellent job. I will definitely be bringing my dog back for his summer cut!”

I shared that he would protest a lot vocally and not be overly cooperative – I wanted them to be prepared. When I picked him up, he looked fabulous, smelled great and “told me” in great detail about his time there. 🙂 They had recommended the de-shedding treatment and it was worth every penny. When our Christmas guests pet him, he was so soft and they didn’t come away with a handful of fur. We will absolutely be going back. Prices were comparable with everything I had researched in this area. Parking is ample and convenient. Staff are super friendly and professional. Thank you!!”
